Application Notes

• Never apply power of any kind (battery or external AC) to the sound powered telephone talking network!
• Always connect headsets and handsets in parallel.
• Polarity does not affect performance.
• Standard telephone wiring with two insulated conductors twisted into a pair is recommended to prevent externally induced noises.
• Satisfactory transmission is assured over thirty miles when using #18 AWG (or larger) copper wire.
